Handy Pro sent Henry out to kook at my broken strp, which required some diagnosis and was more complicated than I had thought; however he fixed it up and explained what he was doing at each step. He was able to match my old stain and finish so you can hardly see where the wood had cracked. He was pleasant and considerate of our time. I would definitely hire Handy Pro again.
