Professional, courteous, and when I had a follow up question/concern, Dean came back to my house to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I was extremely impressed by Dean’s response time. We made an appt for that night and he had his quote to me by the next morning. Unfortunately, others didn’t have such a great turnaround and this caused delays of the project. Once the granite was selected, it was installed in less than a week in about 2 ½ hours and my kitchen looks fantastic. We had a concern with a seam and they were willing to eliminate the seam even though that caused problems with the weight of the granite and it was quite a struggle getting it in place. We are very pleased!!
