At this point, I rate them extremely efficient. They are on time, answer questions without rolling their eyes, give an approximation of what it could cost in a worst case scenario while always making it perfectly clear that things might be cheaper or more expensive depending on what they find once the roof is off, tell the customer what is going to be done, make themselves available for questions.
The only reason for the 4-star rating is that they have not done the work yet. I will update these comments at that time. I could raise them to a 5-star rating if the job is as good as the presentation.

Mike provided a realistic estimate for our siding repair and house painting project. He gave good advice on what needed to be replaced and took great care in helping us choose a paint color that we'd be happy with in the long-term. He and his crew were expedient, timely and professional -- they finished the project quickly & with great care. They went over and beyond the call of duty in helping us repair external damage to our house -- even beyond what was originally estimated. We are extremely pleased with the final result and will contact O'Bannon Remodeling again with future projects.
