As far as price is concerned, Slav is pretty reasonable. The thing is, when the invoice is submitted, he'll charge you a lot for some items that maybe should not be that much, but less for others that should be more, so it evens out. Slav's crew is very good for larger jobs but bad for smaller jobs. If you have a skilled handyman, you'd be better off hiring someone on an hourly basis (exampke, replacing a door). But, in light of how bad other contractors are, considering how hard it is to get some to call you back and answer your questions, Slav is great. You always know where you stand when you work with Slav. And the best thing is, Slav will do what it takes to make you happy with the job. There were times when his crew made mistakes based on the plans and some things were missed. But they admitted their mistakes and correctly them promptly and without agrument.

I'll hire Slsv again for many projects we will have.

Slav and his team were excellent to work with everyday. It was evident to me, from the start, that my happiness was one of his top priorities. He demonstrated that by being in constant communication, asked fantastic questions, found creative solutions. delivered fantastic craftsmanship all within budget. My home and dogs were safe in his care while I was at work.

Slav and team completed an extensive remodel of my second level master suite. They gutted the entire bedroom space, built a dormer and master bath, customer cabinets, oak floors/stairs, extensive trim details and painted and stained the entire space. I proudly recommend him
