Mark Wynkoop was great. As a new spa owner he taught me all the basics. He didn't try to make me purchase unneeded parts. After talking with Mark I felt like he was looking out for me. When I told him I was looking to use the internet to find a cover he said that he couldn't compete with online prices. He then helped me measure my spa.
