4 stars for being insanely inexpensive...$39.99 to repair a broken bracket. However they left screws laying around on the driveway, their work materials were disorganized, and he actually asked if I wanted a receipt. That seemed sketchy, and on the receipt, there was a "courtesy checklist" that was not completed at all. Again, price was great......I would still use them again, but would make sure the cleanup and courtesy check items were completed.
