Guy came out within a couple hours of our dead-of-winter evening call, to help us with what turned out to be an electrical fire. He explained everything very well, didn't pressure us into making a decision, and we did decide to get a new furnace. He left us heaters to help overnight and the next day (on a weekend) they had a (friendly and nice) crew in to replace the furnace...we didn't have to suffer without heat for another night! He exlpained our financing options and pointed out the amazing savings with the rebates/tax credits out there too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Comfort Specialists to anyone who has heating or A/C needs!

Charles installed a new Carrier central air unit for me. He was courteous, punctual, and extremely thorough and professional. He takes extra pains with the install right down to the appearance of the install, and has the long term view in dealing with his clients. I also found his price very reasonable.. I highly recommend him based on my experience.
