He immediately understood what I was talking about, with regard to the needed repairs and came out to meet with us and prepare an estimate. He also knew that we were in a time crunch due to an impending event and didn't take advantage of that in his quote. His price was very fair and thoroughly explained. He did the job at the time he said he would as well as finished it both quickly and beautifully. It looks better than it did when we bought the house.
