We're happy with the finished product so that's good. The overall design and work was great, and the pricing was competitive.

We did have a number of experiences with the project that we want to call out. 1-We often felt there was a lack of communication/coordination of activities...we didn't know what was happening as delays occurred and only found out when we initiated the contact. 2-Some special requests weren't handled, or weren't handled well. We requested that a conduit be placed under the walk way so we could pull an extension cord under the sidewalk to power our pond pump and Christmas lights...if it's there it wasn't marked and it's buried so we can't find it. Did it get done? If so, can someone come and spot it for us? The conduit we purchased wasn't left with us so I trust it was placed. ??? We asked that our landscape wiring also be placed under. The line under the sidewalk was either cut or shorted out as there was no current to it. Unfortunately it was buried deeply well before the walk so I had to do a lot of digging to access the first 25 feet prior to the sidewalk to try to determine the source of the problem. 3 - We had asked a couple times to have some class 5 delivered for the back patio work...that wasn't done. 4 - the bid estimate on the railings ended up being very far off from final. Pretty disappointing. I know that's Dan's area, but as a business partner it does impact the overall impression.
Overall we like the work, but there's an opportunity to improve the customer experience...we'll recommend as a good resource, but will caution anyone that they will need to be very proactive in communicating and following up. We are too busy to have tim

Bill and his crew have been fantastic! They installed a 14 ' brick patio in my backyard. Initially, Bill came over to give me a quote: he took a look at the yard,asked the right questions and wasn't pushy at all! He explained everything very clearly and promptly send his quote which was very reasonable.Bill contacted me several times to make sure that the color picked was the right one,and that we would be availble on the day the work had to be done. He was very friendly and so was his crew.They got the job done in 1/2 a day! Arriving at 8:00,they were done at noon!Clean work,no mess left behind,very professionnal, great follow-up too. thanks

We are very happy with the workmanship of Bill's crew. They were professional, courteous and finished the job within the time frame they promised. We really like the way our paver patio turned out. Their price is excellet too. We would recommend this company to anyone who is considering patio and paver project.
