Saint Paul Home Improvement was patient with us as we worked through some city loan paperwork. When the time came to do the job, it was performed efficiently. Instead of having to pay a small fortune for a new fence on our property, we were able to extend the life of our old one (and continue to enjoy its weathered look) with new fence posts and hardware (and a little much-appreciated creative problem-solving) for just a bit more than one-fourth the cost of a total replacement. Joe was also personable and confident in assessing the scope of the work.

I had Joe build a wheelchair ramp for me. his work was excellent. He was very easy to get along with and did first class work. Iwould easily recommend him to anyone that i know.The job was done on time and for the price he quoted me/ He will be the first one that i call for any more work that needs to be done ahound my house.
