| Myoptic is particularly good at organizing a project. He (Son Nguyen) is the most pleasant person to work with, and very fair in his dealings. He spent many man-hours investigating all aspects of a new type of installation before beginning the project. He had very good relations with all of the subs, outside contractors and vendors, and provided lien waivers to the property owner in a timely fashion. Billing was organized, concise, and professional. In this application, the property owner partnered with the contractor to do the finish work, and the remodel was a complete success! |
