| Every contact with this company was positive. The sales person came to our house at the time that we agreed upon over the phone, treated me with courtesy, and answered my questions patiently. A fair cost estimate was provided in writing with three proposals for equipment with best, better, and good ratings. I accepted the proposal for the best equipment consisting of a furnace, air conditioner, and programmable thermostat. The installers came to our house on time, were polite, showed concern about my home, and completed the work with excellent workmanship. They explained the operation of the new equipment, hauled away the old equipment, and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the installation. |
