I was contacted via phone and email less then 1 hour after I put my bid out via Servicemagic.com. Of the 3 companies that I was matched with only Classic Care was professional, friendly, prompt and there was no high-pressure sales tactic at all. Daryck is extemely professional, very friendly and does not try to upsell you or overprice you either. He is very honest and worked very hard to make sure he was able to get a couple of the stains out of my carpet. He left no mess behind and I cannot say enough good things about him. We are already planning to have him come back once a year to do our carpets. The only person to hire is Classic Care!!

Competitively priced. Some odors were not removed by the process, and some were made worse by the steam cleaning. In one bedroom, not all of the furniture was moved. As a result, not all of the carpet was cleaned.
